Pierogi with potatoes is a classic of Ukrainian cooking. This is a lean, filling, and of course tasty version of pierogies. By the way, special varieties of potatoes are used to fill these Pierogies.


Ingredients: Fresh potatoes, bleached wheat flour enriched (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, Vegetable oil, Eggs, Salt, Black pepper.
